4 GHEE ROAST/DOSA

Dosa batter - 1 medium ladlefull( for one dosa)
Ghee - 1/2 tsp

For dosa batter:
Boiled rice - 4 cups
Urad dhal - 1 cup
Methi seeds - 1 tbsp

Wash and soak rice and dhal together..add methi seeds and soak for about 6 to 7 hours...grind together in a grinder to a smooth consistency...add salt and allow it to ferment over night...

Heat a tawa and pour and spread the batter as thin as possible...on top pour some melted ghee and spread throughout...let it cook till the bottom side is brown...if needed can turn and cook or can fold and serve...this dosa will be very tasty and also crispy.

Boiled rice is the best if not try soaking half of both( that is boiled rice and raw rice) for making this dosa.
Boiled rice can use Ponni boiled rice or Idli rice.
Raw rice can use Ponni raw rice or Sona masoori or long grain rice.
